I done some digging on the internet and have been led to believe that with no vac 4.0v is what it should be and with 0.6 bar vac it should be 0.75v so I got some special spanners and adjusted the actuator position so that when 0.6 bar of vac is applied the actuator voltage reads 0.75v then I removed vacuum and it's at 3.42 volts!
There are 2 basic types of modern clean diesel exhaust systems on TDI. Those that use Adblue (2009+ VW Touareg TDI and Audi Q7 TDI) and those without (2006-2008 Touareg TDI and all other 2009+ TDI, some Euro engines). The larger and heavier cars with V6 engines need Adblue to meet 50 state emissions.
